All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within 14 business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
SHIPPING POLICY/DELIVERY POLICY:
Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), or FedEx. If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:
Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you require express shipping (1 to 3 days), please call us at (516) 694-6000 for an estimate.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS:
Orders less than $600 (before tax) ship for $11.95 using UPS ground typically. Orders $600+ ship UPS Ground for free. Express (1- to 3-day) shipping is never free; however, depending on your location, you may still receive packages in that time frame.
PLEASE NOTE: Out-of-state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In-state (New York) orders will be charged 8.5% sales tax.
Shipping and Handling Charges
- FREE ground shipping for orders over $600! Shipping and handling is $11.95 for all other standard orders. There is a flat rate of $30 for standard shipping to Canada, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or Alaska. Shipping to these locations increases in increments for every $500 spent.
All orders placed after 2 PM EST will be shipped out the following business day, so plan your shipping method with that in mind when ordering online if you need express shipping. - For Next Day, 2-Day, or 3-Day, please select the shipping method from the drop-down menu in your shopping cart, or call us at (877) 723-4672, or select the type of shipping.
- Price for Overnight, 2-Day, and 3-Day varies by weight and in certain cases, additional shipping chargers could be needed (i.e. product weight is too great for estimated shipping rate that may be selected, in which case you would receive a call from us regarding that issue). We do NOT ship on weekends or ship packages to arrive on weekends unless called in.
